Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

Our products are fulfilled on demand and many are custom made for each order. Because of this, we handle manufacturing issues differently from returns due to change of mind or incorrect sizing.


2. Eligibility and Return Window

  • We accept returns for eligible products within 30 days of the order delivery date.
  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and, where applicable, in the original packaging (except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage in transit).
  • Some items may be non‑returnable due to hygiene, customization, or other product‑specific restrictions; any such limitations will be clearly noted on the product page.

3. Quality Issues, Defects, and Wrong Items

If there is a problem with your order due to a manufacturing error, printing issue, damage in transit, or if you received the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
  • Once the issue is verified, we will offer either:
    • A free replacement, or
    • A full refund to the original payment method (or store credit, if you prefer).​
  • In most cases of manufacturing error or damage, you do not need to return the item.​

We reserve the right to decline a replacement or refund if the issue is caused by incorrect care, normal wear and tear, or misuse.


4. Returns for Change of Mind, Size Issues, or Buyer’s Remorse

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or variant.​

However, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Depending on the situation, we may, at our discretion, offer:

  • A discount on a replacement order, or
  • A replacement at your expense (including fulfillment and shipping).​

If we approve a return in these cases:

  • You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We may charge a restocking or processing fee where applicable; any such fees will be disclosed before you complete the return.

5. How to Request a Return or Refund

To start a return or report a problem:

  1. Email us at spiralknuckle@gmail.com
  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the product and the packing slip, if applicable.
  3. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days with next steps, which may include:
    • A prepaid return label (where applicable),
    • Instructions for returning the product, or
    • Confirmation of a replacement or refund.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.


6. Return Address

Approved returns must be sent to the return address we provide in your return authorization email. This may be either our own facility or our fulfillment partner’s facility, depending on the product.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, or because it was unclaimed:

  • We may reship the order at your expense, or
  • Treat it as a return under the buyer’s remorse/incorrect address rules above.

7. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect an approved return (when a physical return is required), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method, though your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
  • For replacement orders, we will provide a new order confirmation and estimated delivery date once the replacement has been processed.​

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color:

  • Follow the steps to request a return (if eligible), and
  • Place a new order for the desired item.

9. Exceptions and Local Legal Rights

Some jurisdictions provide additional consumer rights (for example, mandatory return windows or defect warranties). Where required by law, we will honor those rights even if they differ from the policy above.

If any part of this policy conflicts with applicable consumer protection law in your region, the law will prevail and the rest of the policy will continue to apply.
